Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Symos Ltd ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of Commly Professional. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

Commly Professional provides AI-assisted communication tools designed for professional use. The service is intended to support — not replace — professional judgement.

• —You must provide accurate and current information when creating your account.
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• —You must notify us immediately at admin@symos.net if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• —You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• —Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared.

You agree not to use Commly Professional to:

• —Generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful.
• —Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or reproduce the platform or its underlying technology.
• —Circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• —Redistribute outputs commercially without material modification under a personal licence.
• —Use the service in any way that violates applicable UK law or regulation.

• —Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
• —Module subscriptions grant access to specific capabilities for the duration of the active subscription.
• —Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access continues until then.
• —Billing is handled exclusively by Stripe. Symos Ltd does not store payment card details.

• —The Commly Professional platform, its design system, and underlying technology are owned by Symos Ltd and protected by intellectual property law.
• —You retain ownership of the original content you submit to the platform.
• —AI-generated outputs may be used freely within the bounds of acceptable use.
• —You must not use the Symos Ltd or Commly Professional name, branding, or trademarks without prior written permission.

Symos Ltd provides the service on an "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Symos Ltd's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the total subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting admin@symos.net. Symos Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
